my music stuff!!

music has always played an important part in my life, whether it be listening to it, writing my own, albeit horrible, lyrics, after fangirling and mental-breakdancing over my favorite songs, and how amazing some people are with their words, or playing the guitar after my brief phase for rock music, i love it either way.

guitar!!
i've been playing guitar since around two years, focusing on chords and overall rhythm. of course, i'm still horrible, but to be fair, it's not my main musical focus. i play an electric, but barely actually play it like an electric, being honest. i use the guitar as a way to be more artistic in my singing.
songwriting!!
whilst i don't write very often, the rare times i do write, it's usually a rather nice thing to do. in my around years-experience worth of writing, i'd only made one project which i'm proud of. it's a little song titled 'rainy days' that i wrote on, surprise surprise, a rainy day, somewhere in the seventh grade. it's a badly-metaphorphorized(pretend like that's a real word) song about missing someone you probably shouldn't, as they've done you wrong, but prior to said wronging, were the best you've known then. as of now, i am very happy to admit that i do not relate to that song anymore, and the person i wrote it about has no relevance in my life, since i am at a much better place, with far better people.(shoutout to the gang).
singing!!
unlike guitar, i don't flat-out suck at singing! sure, i'm not whitney houston level good, but i'm getting decent at it. i'd guess i'm a mezzo, since i am comfortable in both higher and lower registers. my range isn't very impressive, but i do have my moments! my favorite kinds of songs to sing are more challenging, range-testing, and overall higher songs. some(maybe false) examples of that are: tongue tied by grouplove, haunted by taylor swift, locked out of heaven by bruno mars, cloud 9 by beach bunny, and honestly, the list could go on and on and on and on, but i'll spare the details!

get me outta this yapfest!!
